AWS Terms Of Service

The terms of use below are set guidelines for "AWS Inc." Advanced Wireless Solutions, which will operate as your Wireless Internet Service Provider for your wireless networks. Advanced Wireless Solutions (AWS Inc.) Acceptable Use Policy (Policy) is designed to help protect our customers, the design and operation of our products and services and the Internet community, from irresponsible or illegal activities. All users of AWS Inc. Wireless Access Internet services ("Service") must comply with this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Internet Service Provider Agreement and Privacy Policy. Any violation (s) will result immediate cancellation of access service.

As a Wireless Internet Access Provider, AWS Inc. will not censor any contents that passing through its networks AWS Inc. will work with any authority necessary to investigate such criminal acts. Acts deemed criminal are the following:

• Fraud: misrepresentation, misleading knowledge, writing or activity made with harmful intent so person receiving it may act upon it.
• Obscene material: Posting, transmitting or disseminating obscene material or child pornography is prohibited.
• Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, and or Trade Secret: any distributions of such own that are stolen, copied, written elsewhere will not be accepted.
• Computer; Software: virus distribution, hacking, spamming, chain lettering, network trespassing, unauthorized use of software, information, email forgery, hacking, scamming, and any other illegal with such, will not be tolerated.
• Other Users: Customer and its users may not harass, harm, annoy, abuse, and threaten, impersona1 users over the Internet. Profane or foul expressions, leading to upset users. If such act is acted termination will be immediate and criminal charges could be forced. This is for the security for all users and other network users.
• Unauthorized use or account sharing: Sharing unlimited or metered accounts with anyone other than immediate family members or re-selling Service is prohibited. Running programs or servers that provide network services to others through the AWS Inc. such as web hosting, multi-user interactive forums, game servers, operating an internal mail/http/ftp/irc/dhcp server to serve external connections or support multi-user interactive forums is prohibited. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain the Service by any means or device with intent to avoid payment.
• Equipment, Third Parties: Customers agree to not harm Advanced Wireless Solutions equipment or network's equipment. Any connection to other networks must be accompanied by direct understanding their terms of use and policies along with ours. In the event that AWS Inc. receives notification third parties that users are misusing, or not applying with any and all guidelines, terms of use, a policies, suspension and possible termination will be enforced. Any third party software, stolen, I used in any unauthorized way will result in criminal and or federal legalities.
