Michael holds an Electrical Engineering Technology Associates Degree, and has demonstrated expertise in project administration, detail management, budget control, material procurement, contractor negotiations, and Communication network design throughout the United States. With over 20 years experience in the Telecommunication field, Michael holds an accredited MBA and Minority Business Advancement from University of Texas at Austin, and Associates of Applied Science, Electrical Engineering ITT at Austin, Texas.
